Candidates are interviewed individually to evaluate their relevant skill sets, experience, and alignment with the career culture of Ichiban Cleaning. Employment is offered, contingent upon passing a full drug screening and background check. The training program requires 32 hours of in-class and on-site training, covering company orientation, professionalism, materials, teamwork, and the ability to receive instruction. After training approval, candidates enter a 90-day probation period, followed by quarterly employee reviews by field supervisors to monitor and develop Ichiban team members.
